About the RoleWorking closely with feedlot and station teams, you'll help ensure cattle movements are accurately recorded, compliance obligations are met, and livestock information remains current across the AACo network.
Your role combines administration, logistics coordination, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoCoordinate livestock transactions, movements and associated documentationMaintain accurate livestock records across StockAid, FY****, NLIS, WIS and Stockfusion systemsSupport livestock compliance requirements and audit activitiesPrepare regular operational and management reportsProvide administration support for livestock purchasing,



sales and supply activitiesLiaise with operational teams and external stakeholders to ensure the timely movement of cattleMonitor data accuracy and identify opportunities to improve processes and reportingSupport the administration of livestock supply contracts and logistics activitiesWork closely with Livestock Manager coordinating and forecasting inductions and exits of finished cattleAbout YouYou are a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast‐paced operational setting.
You're confident managing competing priorities, working with data, and building relationships across a diverse stakeholder group.
You will also bring the following:Previous experience in livestock, feedlot, agricultural or operational administrationExperience using livestock management systems such as StockAid and FY**** (highly regarded)Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skillsExcellent organisational and time‐management capabilitiesStrong communication skills and a collaborative approachA commitment to accuracy, compliance and continuous improvementPositive attitude and a team‐player mindset
