ACNA is seeking an Aged Care Clinical Assessor – Central Team to join our growing team.
If you are an experienced clinician with MAC accreditation, this role offers a meaningful career helping older Australians maintain independence through integrated assessments.You will conduct telehealth triage, determine eligibility and urgency, escalate complex cases, and ensure compliant decision-making.
A driver's licence is required.
