The consultant will partner with business leaders to assess current-state operations, design future-state payroll solutions, and lead transformation programs that improve compliance, employee experience, efficiency, and service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications-
bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field, with 8+ years of experience in:
Payroll Operations ( Australia & New Zealand)
The candidate should have a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements. Experience leading client-facing transformation and consulting engagements.
A proven track record in process redesign and operating model transformation with solid workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
