Job SummaryAdministration Officer to provide frontline administrative support to multidisciplinary teams across our Primary Care and Community Health services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reception and administration services supporting nursing, allied health and other community‐based health programs.Operate on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, providing support at Community Health Centres, clients' homes and community settings.Work across all NBMLHD sites as operationally required.Qualifications & SkillsPrevious reception experience in a busy office environment with effective customer service and answering all incoming telephone calls.High level keyboard, PC, database and general clerical skills, with attention to detail.Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office packages.Ability to prioritise, coordinate and time‐manage.Works with limited supervision, exercising judgement and problem solving within delegation.Good verbal and written communication skills,
