We have a great four‐week training program to help you learn about novated leasing.
You want a good base salary plus a bonus structure with uncapped commissions in an workplace that supports your career progression.
This phone‐based role is located in the heart of Melbourne (CBD) for 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
During the first 3 months of training you will work 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.ResponsibilitiesSupported by a centralised and integrated CRM you will manage your monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), be given a monthly allocation of warm leads and also maintain your own portfolio and sales pipeline.
You will work with our direct novated lease customers, assisting them throughout the end‐to‐end sales cycle.QualificationsSuccess in a phone‐based sales roleExperience and comfort working to clearly defined KPIs and activity targetsExceptional time‐management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks according to timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to overcome objections and find solutionsSound CRM,
