Our cafés are fast, friendly and proudly local.We are currently seeking 2 cook roles.Cafe Cook - working Tuesday and Wednesday 6am till 2pm.Production Kitchen Cook - working Monday to Friday 5am till 1pmWhat you'll do - Cafe Cook RoleCook our café menu to spec, with confidence on the grill and to short-order timingCoordinate with FOH for smooth, on-time service during busy periodsMaintain food safety, cleaning and hygiene standards throughout serviceRestock, rotate and label (FIFO); complete basic temperature and quality checksWhat you'll do - Production Cook RoleBulk cook and batch wet dishes for bain-maries; label, date and stage for later shiftsFollow SOPs/HACCP,



allergen controls, FIFO and temperature checks; clean-as-you-go and end-of-shift cleaningWork to production plans and deadlines; communicate clearly with teamAbout youExperience in canteens, food trucks, rapid food chains or similar fast-paced environmentsPrevious experience in bulk cookingStrong multitasking and clear communication skillsReliable, energetic, and proud of consistent qualityWhy join Vili's?
