Role Purpose
As the Fleet & Asset Coordinator within our Operations Department, you'll be responsible for managing our vehicle fleet and organizational assets to ensure flawless day-to-day execution across all support services.
Your work will contribute to keeping our business running at an elite, audit-ready standard.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance, servicing, and repair of all company vehicles, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and compliant.
Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to optimize resource utilization and support service delivery needs.
Manage fuel card systems, monitor usage, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Supervise the Junior Fleet Support Specialist in day-to-day fleet operations and maintenance tasks.

Deployment-Based Infrastructure – You ensure the physical resources needed for rapid deployment and mobilization are available and reliable.
Service Delivery & Participant Experience – Your management of vehicles and equipment enables staff to deliver reliable, on-time services to participants.
Compliance & Quality Assurance – You maintain the compliance documentation and safety standards for all transportation and equipment resources.

Qualifications
Experience in fleet management or asset coordination
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements
Solid organizational and administrative skills
