Working closely alongside experienced traders, you'll build the foundational knowledge and market intuition needed to develop and execute trading strategies across global ETF markets.This is a role for someone eager to learn fast, take ownership early, and grow into a fully fledged trader.Key responsibilities include:Building a deep understanding of ETF structure, creation/redemption mechanics, and primary vs secondary market dynamicsLearning to apply ETF pricing models, fair value calculation,



and NAV estimation across APAC ETF marketsDeveloping the ability to identify and analyse arbitrage opportunities across ETF marketsWorking closely with experienced traders on research, strategy development, and day-to-day trading activityContributing to the design and improvement of algorithmic trading strategies and execution tools as your skills developCollaborating with technology and operations teams to support and improve trading workflowsWhat You Will Bring0–12 months of relevant experience; internship or academic project exposure to financial markets is a plusStrong proficiency in PythonHighly advanced capability in probability and statisticsExcellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skillsA genuine passion for financial markets, particularly systematic and quantitative tradingStrong academic record in Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Econometrics, Computer Science, or a related STEM disciplineOur CultureAt Nine Mile, we operate in a highly competitive and dynamic environment.
