In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong relationships, supporting product adoption, and driving positive customer outcomes.Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of approximately 50 customer accounts across a range of industriesDevelop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a primary point of contactConduct regular customer meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)Create success plans aligned to customer goals and business needs.Support product adoption through training, guidance, and best practice recommendationsMonitor usage and engagement data to identify opportunities and risksWork collaboratively with Sales and internal teams to support renewals and account growthGather customer feedback and advocate for customer needs internallySkills and Experience:Experience in customer success, account management,
