Role InformationTitle: Clinical Pharmacist (rotational)Type: Max Term, part time (24 hours per week until July ****)Grade: Pharmacist, Grade 1 (Year 1‐5) or Pharmacist, Grade 2 (Year 1‐3)Location: Pharmacy, St Vincent's Public Hospital, SydneySalary: $83,****** – $123,****** pro‐rata + Super + salary packaging.Employer: St Vincent's Health Australia.ResponsibilitiesProvide pharmaceutical care to patients, including drug dispensing, distribution and medication counselling.Deliver accurate and timely drug information to patients and staff to support safe and effective medication use.Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure high standards of patient care.Participate in core departmental operations with a focus on safety, quality and continuous improvement.Engage in orientation and structured training programs, with ongoing support to develop skills in clinical pharmacy, dispensing and drug information.Qualifications and ExperienceCurrent registration with AHPRA as a pharmacist, with no restrictions on scope of practice.Demonstrated competence in clinical drug knowledge and a commitment to ongoing professional development.Ability to participate in weekend and on‐call rosters as required.Understanding of formulary management principles and the practical application of formulary decisions within a hospital setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
