Responsibilities
Managing an Estate Upkeep team to conduct trades work delivering estate maintenance within Defence sites
Capture KPI's and Estate Upkeep work performance metrics
Ensure all work aligns with required standards and requirements
Identify and manage risks associated with works delivery
Qualifications
General trade background with leadership and maintenance supervision
Working knowledge of asset compliance / management techniques
NSW Trade licence for discipline
Current open driver's licence
Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship is mandatory)
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering high‐quality outcomes
