About the role:GO.FARM is seeking x4 Seasonal Farm Hands to support the Sandmount Cropping team in Katunga Northern Victoria.We currently have:1 x Seasonal Farm Hand position running from November to December3 x Farm Hand positions (Broadacre & Orchard Development) running from October/November through to March/AprilWhat we offer:Hands-on experience across broadacre cropping and orchard developmentModern equipment and a strong safety cultureA supportive team environment with opportunities to learn and developPotential for ongoing employment for the right candidatesFurnished cabin-style accommodation is available on-farm for employees who require it, priced at $220 per week.
Applicants will need their own vehicle to travel to and from work; however,



a site vehicle is available for work-related tasks where required.Key Responsibilities Supporting orchard development and land preparation activities, including cultivation, ground works and infrastructure setupAssisting with grain harvest operations, grain handling and logisticsOperating and assisting with the upkeep of farm machinery and equipmentSupporting post-harvest paddock management and seasonal farm activitiesWorking safely and effectively as part of a close-knit teamLearning and applying modern farming practices across broadacre cropping and orchard developmentFor this role, we're looking for people who:Have a practical, safety-focused approachBring a positive attitude and willingness to learnWork effectively as part of a teamHave a strong work ethic and enjoy hands-on outdoor workAre flexible to work longer hours when operationally requiredHold a current driver's licenceFarm machinery experience is highly regarded but not essential, as training will be provided where required.Sound like the prospect for you?
