Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an Associate (3–4 years' PQE) to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value disputes for major Australian and international clients across a broad range of industries.

The Role
Advise clients on a broad range of complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
Work across commercial disputes, financial services litigation, class actions, regulatory investigations, arbitration,



insolvency and shareholder disputes.
Assist in managing significant litigation matters from inception through to resolution.
Draft pleadings, court documents, legal advice and strategic litigation recommendations.
Liaise with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.
Deliver commercially focused legal advice while building strong client relationships.
Ideal Candidate
3–4 years' post-admission experience in commercial litigation.
Experience in financial services litigation and/or class actions will be highly regarded.
Experience gained within a top-tier, international or leading national law firm.
Strong drafting, analytical and commercial skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
A proactive, collaborative approach and strong attention to detail.
