Precision Bush Regeneration is seeking motivated Bush Regeneration Team Members/sub contractors, with the potential to quickly progress into a Supervisor role for the right candidate.
This is a hands-on field position working across natural areas on the Gold Coast & surrounds, with structured support and development for the right applicant who demonstrates leadership capability and commitment to best-practice bush regeneration techniques.
Role Overview:
Bush regeneration and natural areas restoration field works
Working as part of a field crew on restoration projects
Chance to develop into a Supervisor role
On-the-job mentoring and skill development provided

Preferred Requirements:
Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management (or equivalent)
QLD Ground Distribution License / Commercial Operators License / NSW Chemcert
Strong knowledge of local native and environmental weeds species and weed control techniques




Physically fit and capable of outdoor fieldwork
Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
Reliable transport/ute
Own restoration tools

Willingness to learn and develop leadership skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently

Genuine passion for environmental conservation
This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in bush regeneration and step into a leadership position in the future.
Will consider applicants with no prior experience; however, they will have to show a passion for restoration and have a willingness for on-ground training and to enroll in the Conservation and Land Management Course Certificate III, or equivalent.
