Diverse Business Consultants is seeking a Team Leader to guide a small, Australian bookkeeper team from a home office. The role combines leadership with hands-on BAS preparation and client service, offering a fully remote setup and approx. 30 hours per week.
You will lead 4–6 part-time bookkeepers, manage client relationships, ensure timely deliverables, and maintain high standards of service while growing with a quick-moving, Platinum Xero partner practice.
