About the Position
Trainee New Home Sales Consultant position available for a determined, highly focused, top performer eager to join a highly respected, award winning builder!
Responsibilities
Servicing leads generated from online, walk ins and referrals
Managing display home foot traffic with meet and greet
Utilising company Sales CRM for follow up and sales process
Providing preliminary quotes and contracts to prospective buyers
Fostering positive relationships with developers and agents in the area
Presenting and signing sales contracts




Ability to alter plans to suit client needs and budgets
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must demonstrate the following:
Track record as a top performer in sales
High level of customer service and ability to build rapport with people on all levels
Residential property experience and results advantageous but not essential
Excellent presentation
Exceptional communication, negotiation and closing skills
Must be available to work weekends
Financially motivated and self driven!
