Due to rapid growth, we are seeking motivated and energetic Appointment Setters to join our Adelaide office.
About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in our sales process by contacting warm and qualified leads, identifying customer needs, and booking appointments for our Solar & Battery Consultants.
This is an office-based role located in Adelaide, offering excellent earning potential through a combination of base salary and uncapped bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective customers via phone.
Qualify leads and identify customer interest in solar and battery solutions.
Schedule appointments for our Sales Consultants.
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads and maximise appointment conversion rates.




Work closely with the sales and operations teams to achieve company targets.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with strong work ethic.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven environment.
Experience in solar, battery, energy, or home improvement industries is highly regarded but not essential.
