Our Cairns Windows & Doors branch is seeking a motivated Project Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality aluminium window and door projects across Far North Queensland.
In this hands-on role, you'll coordinate site activities, lead installation teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

The Role
Build strong, skilled relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teamsSupervise and coordinate site installers to ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to specificationConduct accurate site measurements and interpret architectural drawingsManage materials, prepare work orders, and coordinate procurementProvide hands-on support to installation teams when requiredMonitor project performance against budgets, timelines and KPIs
About You
Proven experience in construction, glazing, or aluminium,



ideally progressed from a hands-on backgroundAbility to read and interpret architectural plans and perform precise measurementsStrong leadership, organisational and communication skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on teamworkStrong commitment to workplace safety and quality outcomes
