About the Role
As a Senior Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, building strong client relationships and contributing positively to the salon team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting thorough client consultations
Providing professional cutting, colouring and styling services
Recommending suitable haircare products and home-care routines
Maintaining high standards of service, hygiene and presentation
Managing your appointment schedule efficiently
Building and maintaining a loyal clientele
Supporting junior stylists and apprentices when required
Participating in salon training and education
Contributing to a positive and professional team environment
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A minimum of
five years' professional hairdressing experience
Strong skills in cutting, colouring, styling and client consultation
A recognised hairdressing qualification or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A professional,



reliable and positive attitude
The ability to work confidently and independently
A genuine interest in ongoing education and professional development
Full Australian working rights or eligibility for employer sponsorship
Experience with balayage, blonding, Asian hair, creative colour, perming or advanced cutting techniques will be highly regarded.
