Associate Territory Manager – Trauma – Perth

We're looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team in Perth, Western Australia.
This is a hands-on role where things move quickly, and you'll support surgeons in theatre while learning our Trauma portfolio in depth and building the commercial skills to grow your territory over time.
You'll be joining a high-performing team that values collaboration, reliability and continuous development.
We're looking for someone who works well with others, brings a robust desire to grow and has experience influencing outcomes in clinical or sales environments.
You'll take part in a comprehensive onboarding program that includes workshops, online learning and in-theatre training to help you build confidence quickly.
What you'll do
Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma proceduresProvide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teamsBuild meaningful relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staffPartner with your Territory Manager on business planning and account strategyIdentify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across Perth and Western AustraliaDeliver education and in-servicing to hospital teamsManage instruments, set preparation and case logisticsStay across new products, techniques and industry developments

What You Will Need




Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any disciplineMinimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related roleAbility to work in hospital environments, including operating theatresCurrent valid driver's licenceFluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science)Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environmentsExperience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry
