Key Responsibilities:
Management and ownership of multi-discipline design projects.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including scope definition, procurement support, technical review and performance monitoring
Scoping and proposal development.
Progress tracking, planning and scheduling.
Facilitate and participate in design reviews.
Support and collaborate with highly skilled designers and engineers to develop designs for a wide range of plant elements.
Prepare technical engineering documents as part of overall project engineering deliverables.
Visits to client sites as required.

Skills and experience
Tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 4 - 8 years of engineering experience in a multidiscipline environment.
Exposure to mineral processing, materials handling and process plant projects across greenfield and brownfield developments, encompassing design, construction support, commissioning and project engineering activities.




Experience across varied types of commodities from copper, gold through to iron ore is favourable.
Excellent organisational, communication, teamwork and time management skills.
Technical aptitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
Good presentation and communication skills at all levels.
Demonstrated understanding of industry safety and environmental standards.
