About the role
Working alongside our Service Manager, office staff and technicians, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiries
Booking and scheduling service jobs
Entering and updating customer and job information
Coordinating with technicians and keeping them updated throughout the day
Assisting with customer follow-ups and enquiries
Filing and maintaining accurate records
Processing paperwork and service documentation
Supporting the Service Department with general day-to-day tasks
Providing friendly and qualified customer service
About you
We're looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
Has a current and valid Drivers License
Has a friendly and approachable personality
Is organised and able to multitask
Has good attention to detail
Is confident speaking with customers over the phone
Has good computer skills and is comfortable learning new systems
Can work both independently and as part of a team
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Takes initiative and isn't afraid to ask questions
Previous office or administration experience is an advantage, but not essential.
This role would suit a school leaver, someone starting their first office job, or anyone looking to develop their administration skills.
