About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Provide strategic leadership
by developing and promoting a shared vision for the department that delivers high-quality teaching, learning, and improved outcomes for all students.
Foster a culture of excellence and inclusion
by embedding equitable practices, maintaining high expectations for student achievement and staff performance, and supporting continuous skilled growth.
Lead innovation and continuous improvement




through future-focused planning, curriculum development, evidence-informed practice, and data-driven decision-making.
Build strong relationships and partnerships
with students, families, colleagues, community organisations, and external agencies to enhance student learning and wellbeing.
Ensure effective governance and resource management
by applying relevant legislation and policies, and strategically managing the department's human, financial, curriculum, and physical resources to achieve school priorities.
