Role Description This full-time, on-site role is based at Bridgestone Select Osborne Park, WA.
The Qualified Certificate III Mechanic is responsible for performing routine and complex mechanical work on customer vehicles, including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and servicing.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting scheduled maintenance, identifying mechanical faults, completing preventive maintenance, and performing repairs on key systems such as brakes, suspension, steering, and engine components.
The role also involves working with heavy equipment and workshop tools, following safety procedures,



maintaining accurate service records, and communicating clearly with service advisors and customers about required work.
The mechanic is expected to contribute to a clean, organized workshop and collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
Strong skills in vehicle Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair across passenger and light commercial vehicles.Experience with Preventive Maintenance, including scheduled servicing and safety inspections.Ability to work with Heavy Equipment and workshop tools safely and efficiently.Proficient Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent recognized qualification).
Relevant trade certification and current driver's license.Commitment to workplace health and safety, quality standards, and accurate documentation.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers.Previous experience in a workshop or tyre and service centre environment is highly regarded.
