Due to our ongoing expansion in the market, we now have a permanent full time opportunity for a Junior sales Consultant to join us.
About the Role
The Junior Sales Consultant will play a critical role in
helping business growth,



creating product curiosity and market presence
through effective marketing strategies, which can simply start by showing our product samples and having a conversation.
This role is
commission-based
, meaning the more sales you generate, the more you earn.
You'll help
create sales opportunities across different product lines
, including premium mulches, soils, and composts, all while adhering to our sustainable and ethical values.
You'll prospect for and
engage with potential clients
by introducing our quality products and
nurture existing customer relationships
on a daily basis.
Plus...you'll actively contribute to increasing our market exposure through both traditional marketing channels and by
social media engagement
.
The role reports to the Site Manager and your work location is based at Salisbury Plain and at Two Wells, and includes travel within South Australia.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· High Sales work orientation, with a goal focussed approach
· High level of interpersonal skills
· Excellent attention to detail
· Solid customer service approach with a focus on long term relationships
· Hard-working ethos balanced with reliability and flexibility
· Strong time management and prioritising ability
· Either an interest in, or demonstrated marketing skills with ability in website management
· Current car licence
· Willingness to have a Drug & Alcohol assessment
Advantageous if you have:
· Demonstrated experience in increasing sales and company growth
· Passion for soil; working closely with it and/or with organic products, having an appreciation for healthy soil
· Landscaping or Vegetable Growing experience
