About the Role
As the Escapes Manager, you will lead the local operations and growth strategy of your office's holiday rental portfolio.
This is a diverse and multifaceted leadership role where you will manage a diverse team of real estate and hospitality professionals, drive business development and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
Your role extends beyond day-to-day operations.
You will actively build and maintain robust relationships with property owners, ensuring their assets are represented with care and positioned for optimal performance.
In addition, you'll act as a local ambassador for Belle Property Escapes where fostering partnerships with community organisations, tourism bodies and local businesses to strengthen our reputation and unlock long-term opportunities for portfolio growth and brand exposure.

What You'll Do
Guest Experience Leadership:
Deliver a seamless and high-standard guest journey from inquiry to departure, setting a new benchmark for service.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor and manage a team across guest services, operations, and property care.
Ensure clear communication and teamwork to maintain premium standards.
Client Acquisition & Growth:
Proactively source new properties and manage existing client relationships to drive department growth and profitability.
Business Strategy & Marketing:




Develop and implement a marketing strategy that promotes the Escapes portfolio and strengthens brand awareness in your market.
Financial & Performance Oversight:
Balance financial goals with guest experience outcomes.
Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure consistent and profitable performance.
Hiring & Team Development:
Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring each team member aligns with the company's culture and expectations.
Community & Partner Engagement:
Build strong partnerships with local businesses and tourism operators to enhance guest experiences and create added value.
Property Collaboration:
Work closely with owners and stakeholders to maintain high property presentation and service standards across all listings.
What We're Looking For
Proven leadership experience in hospitality, short-term rental management or related industries
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
Strong operational mindset and a passion for team and customer success
Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire a team toward shared performance goals
Current industry-standard certifications (preferred, not essential)
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
High-level problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Organised, strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
