? What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior IT Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for our diverse range of residential and business clients.

Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues.
Server Management:
Administer and maintain both on-premises and virtual servers to ensure stability, security, and performance.
Network Management:
Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and routers – keeping our clients connected and secure.
Client Relationships:
Build trust with clients through clear communication, proactive support, and practical solutions.
MSA Monitoring:




Stay ahead of issues with proactive monitoring, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Documentation:
Keep accurate technical and client records – because great support comes with great organisation.
? What You'll Bring
Solid experience as a
Senior IT Technician
(or similar role).
Strong knowledge of
Windows and Linux operating systems
.
Experience managing and provisioning
VoIP phone systems
.
A solid background in
server administration
and
network infrastructure
.
An analytical mind with
killer problem-solving skills
.
Excellent communication – you can explain tech in plain English.
A valid driver's license and reliable transport.
