Groomer/ Stylist:
As a Groomer / Stylist you'll deliver exceptional grooming experiences, in addition to:
Providing full grooming services, including breed-specific styling
Delivering outstanding customer service and personalised grooming advice
Managing client bookings and building lasting customer relationships
Maintaining high salon presentation and safety standards
Supporting the Store Manager with salon operations




Helping achieve salon performance goals while always putting pet welfare first
Working collaboratively with the wider store team
You'll bring:
Professional dog grooming experience
A grooming qualification (preferred but not essential)
Confidence grooming a variety of breeds and coat types
Strong knowledge of breed-specific styling
A commitment to animal welfare and safe handling practices
Bather/ Dryer:
Every day is different!
You'll work alongside our grooming team to:
Bathe, dry and prepare dogs for grooming
Support our Senior Groomers with daily salon operations
Provide exceptional care for every pet
Create memorable customer experiences
Assist with salon bookings and daily organisation
Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming salon
Experience working with animals is great but not essential - we're looking for people with the right attitude and a genuine passion for pets.
