Rodgers Plumbing is seeking a skilled and reliable
Commercial Maintenance Plumber
to join our team on a
full-time basis
in Perth, WA.

As a Commercial Maintenance Plumber, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing plumbing systems across commercial properties, ensuring our clients receive prompt and professional service.

What you'll be doing
Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of plumbing faults and issues including leaks, blockages, and system failures
Performing routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems and extend system lifespan
Installing, replacing and upgrading plumbing fixtures, pipes and related equipment
Conducting inspections of plumbing systems and providing detailed reports
Responding promptly to emergency call-outs and addressing urgent plumbing issues
Ensuring all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
Maintaining tools and equipment in good working order and restocking vehicles with necessary materials
Documenting completed work and maintaining accurate service records on app provided
What we're looking for
Australian Citizenship
A recognized plumbing qualification
Current plumbing licence or registration as required by Western Australian regulations
Minimum of 5 years' experience working as a plumber in maintenance and repair roles
Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, tools and industry best practices
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex plumbing issues efficiently
Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional demeanour
Physical fitness and ability to work in various conditions and confined spaces
Valid driving licence
Police Clearance
