About the Role
As a Restoration Technician, you will play a key role in the full restoration process across residential and commercial properties.
This is a physically demanding, hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mould, water, and fire damage restoration using professional equipment
Conduct inspections and assessments of damaged properties
Evaluate and report on required works,



including documentation for insurance purposes
Set up, monitor, and adjust drying equipment
Remove and dispose of damaged building materials
Carry out restoration tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and reinstatement support
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard in line with IICRC standards
Maintain and care for all equipment and supplies
Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team members
Travel to job sites as required (company vehicle provided where applicable)
Participate in an on-call roster and occasional after-hours work
Skills & Experience
At least 2 years experience in water damage restoration (essential)
Strong attention to detail and high-quality workmanship
Cleaning and restoration skills
Physical capability to perform labour-intensive work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with initiative and a "can-do" approach
Strong communication and customer service skills
Leadership qualities are highly regarded
IICRC or ITI accreditation (preferred but not essential)
Valid driver's licence (Company van provided)
Current Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC)
