This is a Permanent Part Time appointment at 64
hours per fortnight.
Position
Profile: In collaboration with the Nurse Educator, Surgery
and the departmental Clinical Nurse Manager, the Staff Development
Nurse is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the knowledge
and skills of nursing staff in the designated Ward/Unit, the
planning and implementation of specific education and training
programs and the provision of support for recent staff, including
orientation and preceptorship.

Whilst this selection
process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy,
applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for
