About the role
We're recruiting
Disability Support Workers
to support participants in-home and in the community across Darlington.
Shifts may include
day, afternoon, active night and sleepover
depending on participant needs.
Key responsibilities
Deliver person-centred support aligned to participant goals and choice/control
Support daily living tasks and personal care (where required)




Assist with community access and social participation
Follow care plans, safety protocols, and reporting/documentation requirements
Communicate clearly with the team and escalate concerns early
Maintain professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality

Essential requirements
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Reliability, professionalism, and confidence working in the community
Highly regarded
Driver's licence + reliable vehicle
Experience supporting complex mental health diagnosis.
Strong documentation habits and confidence using apps/tech for shift notes
