About the Opportunity
As the Data Systems & Quality Lead, you will oversee data integrity, reporting frameworks, accreditation requirements and quality improvement initiatives across headspace services.
You will act as the lead administrator for the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
system and associated applications while providing expert advice to leaders and staff on reporting, compliance and systems optimisation
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in information management, quality improvement or a related field
Strong knowledge of quality improvement, accreditation and compliance frameworks
Experience managing Electronic Medical Record systems and clinical reporting environments
Demonstrated success leading system improvements and organisational change initiatives
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
Experience developing policies, procedures and governance frameworks
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
The ability to work independently while influencing positive outcomes across multiple teams
A commitment to culturally safe, youth-focused and family-friendly service delivery
