New Vehicle Sales Consultant
to join our high-performing sales team.

As a key member of our dealership, you will assist customers in finding the perfect BMW to suit their lifestyle and needs while guiding them through the entire sales journey from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.
About the Role
Engage with customers and deliver exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles, technologies, and features.
Generate leads through showroom traffic, enquiries, referrals, and proactive prospecting activities.
Negotiate sales and achieve monthly targets and performance objectives.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities within dealership systems.
Work collaboratively with finance, business managers,



and other dealership departments to deliver a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Previous automotive sales experience is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
A professional, customer-first approach with a passion for premium brands.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve goals.
Excellent presentation and organisational skills.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
