An exciting opportunity is available for qualified Automotive Technicians to join our North East Mitsubishi Service Department.
About the role
We are looking for experienced technicians who take pride in their workmanship and are committed to completing every job accurately, efficiently and safely.
You will work alongside an experienced and supportive team focused on high-quality repairs, accurate diagnosis and first-class customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
Servicing, diagnosing and repairing Mitsubishi and other vehicles
Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
Completing repairs to a high standard of quality and efficiency
Providing clear and detailed diagnostic and repair information
Following manufacturer and dealership repair processes
Accurately recording labour time against individual tasks
Documenting inspection findings, repairs and recommendations
Identifying additional repairs and communicating findings promptly
Working closely with service advisors and workshop management
Contributing to workshop productivity, quality and customer-service targets
Maintaining a safe, organised and professional work environment
Skills and experience




To be successful, you will have:
A recognised Automotive Technician qualification
Relevant vehicle servicing, diagnostic and repair experience
Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic ability
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support the team
A commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
The ability to complete work accurately and within required timeframes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A reliable, consistent and professional approach
A current Australian driver's licence
The ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
Highly regarded:
Mitsubishi manufacturer training or dealership experience
Qualifications from another vehicle manufacturer
Advanced diagnostic, electrical or technical experience
