Seeking an experienced
HR Advisor
or
Senior HR Advisor
to join a well established mining company on a FIFO 8/6 contract.
This is a true generalist HR role, partnering with leaders across site operations to provide practical, hands-on HR support and advice.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
Manage employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary issues, grievances and investigations.
Coach and support leaders on people management and HR best practice.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
About You
Proven HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.
Strong case management experience, particularly performance and employee relations matters.
Previous experience in mining,



resources or another operational environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The ability to work autonomously in a fast paced site workplace.
Candidates with extensive operational HR experience and the ability to manage more complex employee relations matters will be considered for a Senior HR Advisor level role.
