We are searching for an
Accounts Clerk
to join an established Law Firm!
This role works alongside experienced accounting professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative and high performing environment.
This role will suit an enthusiastic and hard-working individual with a keen eye for detail.
You will be self-motivated and organised, with a willingness to work well with others.
To be successful you will bring with you:
1-2 years' experience in an entry-level accounting or finance role
Robust computer literacy skills in MS Office Suite
Legal accounts experience would be advantageous
Responsibilities:
Assisting with Accounts Payable processing and reconciliations
Assisting with general receipting of Accounts Receivables
Assisting with collection of debtors and associated reporting
Assisting with Monitoring Dormant Balances in Client Trust Accounts
Assisting with client trust ledgers and firm ledgers
Assisting with Trust Account Statement and Controlled Money Accounts (CMA) Statement
Assisting with the Reconciliation of the firm's CMAs
Reconciliation of the firm's Credit cards
Matter and client disbursement allocations
Support for other administrative tasks and for team members when required
