Job description:
About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll be responsible for assembling electronic products, wiring harnesses, and sub-assemblies while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Working from production drawings and work instructions, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative technology to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic components, products, and sub-assemblies to specification
Read and interpret work orders, production drawings, and assembly instructions
Use hand and power tools to crimp, solder, rivet, bolt, screw, and secure components
Assemble and install electronic components, wiring, connectors, and harnesses
Manufacture wiring looms and cable harnesses, including terminating connectors
Complete assembly processes including bonding, encapsulating, curing, cleaning, and finishing




Install completed assemblies into enclosures and fit associated hardware
Perform quality checks and adjustments to meet electrical and dimensional requirements
Safely perform manual handling tasks and maintain a clean, organised workspace
Support the Production team with other duties as required
About You
You'll be someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in delivering quality products.
Ideally, you'll have:
Experience in electronic, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing assembly
Confidence using hand and power tools
Soldering and wiring experience (highly regarded)
The ability to read assembly drawings or work instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A solid focus on workplace safety
The physical capability to safely perform manual handling and lifting throughout the day
