What You'll Do
Manage employee queries relating to payroll, HR policies and procedures
Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding & offboarding
Partner with leaders and employees across the site to provide practical HR advice
Support employee performance management and workplace investigations
Support Visa record keeping and checking activities
Support site change initiatives, communications and site projects
Maintain HR systems and employee records, ensuring compliance with legislative and business requirements
Collaborate and participate with Payroll functions and Admin team members
Support Quality Assurance Manager with Food Quality and Safety rules and paperwork (Freshcare and HACCP knowledge advantageous)
Complete Logistics and general administrative duties
Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
3+ years' experience in a HR, People & Culture or related people-focused function
Exposure to employee and industrial relations matters
Experience interpreting Awards and/or Enterprise Agreements
Working knowledge of HR systems




Exposure to payroll or timekeeping systems is advantageous (Xero Accounting highly regarded)
Exposure to HACCP and Freshcare systems is advantageous
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A cooperative, adaptable and relationship-focused approach
A genuine commitment to safety, wellbeing and continuous improvement
Previous experience in administration, customer service or office support
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Sound computer and systems skills (Microsoft Office)
