, we're looking for a Service Manager who is excited by the opportunity to build, inspire and create something special.
This service currently supports around
50 children in Before School Care, 70 children in After School Care and 50 children during Vacation Care
.

About the Role
As Service Manager,



you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the service while creating an environment where children, families and educators feel connected, valued and supported.
You'll work closely with your team to deliver engaging experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, confidence and belonging.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the overall operation of the service
Building a positive and engaged team culture
Supporting and developing educators
Creating strong partnerships with families and the school community
Driving service quality and continuous improvement
Managing compliance, administration and staffing
Creating experiences children genuinely look forward to attending
Most importantly, you'll help create a service where children can explore, discover, play and thrive.
About You
You're not afraid of a challenge.
You understand that great services aren't built overnight and that the most rewarding leadership opportunities are often the ones where you can see the impact you've made.
You'll bring:
A Diploma in Children's Services, Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent
Leadership experience in OSHC, early childhood, education or community settings
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
A commitment to quality, continuous improvement and child safety
A positive, growth-focused mindset




A passion for developing people and building strong teams
Most importantly, you're someone who believes every child deserves a place where they feel safe, connected and inspired.
