We're now looking for a Head of Finance to help guide the next chapter of our journey.
This isn't a role where you'll spend your days buried in spreadsheets (although there'll be some of those too).
We're looking for someone who can combine strong technical financial leadership with commercial thinking, helping the business make smart decisions as we continue expanding around the world.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead the finance function across the MooGoo Group.
You'll be responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business while providing strategic insight that supports sustainable growth.
You'll oversee accounting, reporting, forecasting, cash flow, compliance and risk management across multiple international entities, while building a finance function that's scalable, efficient and commercially focused.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving systems and processes, and partnering with leaders across every part of the business—from Operations and Supply Chain through to Sales, Marketing, Product Development and International Markets.
About You
You'll probably have spent a number of years leading finance teams in a growing consumer products, manufacturing, FMCG or international business.
You're technically strong, commercially minded and equally comfortable discussing strategy with the CEO as you are reviewing the details behind a balance sheet.
You enjoy solving problems,



improving processes and helping people make better decisions using financial information.
You'll also bring:
· Significant experience in a senior finance leadership role.
· CA, CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
· Strong technical accounting knowledge, including Group consolidations and statutory reporting.
· Experience overseeing finance across multiple international entities and jurisdictions.
· Robust understanding of Australian taxation together with exposure to international tax and compliance requirements.
· Experience managing foreign currency, international cash flow and treasury activities.
· Advanced budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability.
· Experience supporting strategic planning and business growth.
· Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
· Experience implementing finance systems, improving processes and leading organisational change.
· Excellent leadership skills with a passion for developing people.
· High integrity, sound judgement and a pragmatic approach to decision making.
