Qualifications & experience
Bachelor in Early Childhood
The following are the key duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Documenting children's learning progress using various methods.
- Creating aesthetically pleasing and stimulating learning environments.
- Fostering positive relationships with children and their families.
- Developing and implementing an engaging educational program that aligns with the organization's objectives.
As part of the role, the successful candidate will be expected to:




- Utilize a range of methods to document the learning progress of children.
- Design learning spaces that are both inspiring and functional.
- Foster a culture of respect and mutual understanding with children and their families.
- Facilitate both group and one-on-one interactions with children in a professional manner.
