We're seeking an experienced full time Leading Hand Carpenter to join our Armidale team.
This is a genuine opportunity for a skilled carpenter looking to step up and take their next move, leading the carpentry based aspects of our projects.
You'll be hands on, out in front and part of a company building some of the region's most exciting and diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities
Take the lead on the carpentry based aspects of residential and commercial projects
Lead and coordinate on-site carpentry crews to deliver high-quality work safely and on schedule
Set out and supervise carpentry works
Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Mentor and teach our apprentices, helping develop the next generation of tradespeople
Liaise with site supervisors and project managers on programming, quality, and resourcing
Maintain a safe, productive,



and positive site culture
What We Are Looking For
Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)
Solid carpentry experience of 5 years and the drive to step up into a leadership role
Strong ability to set out, plan, and problem solve on site
A genuine willingness to teach and mentor apprentices
Excellent communication and leadership skills
High standards in quality, safety, and attention to detail
White Card, driver's licence, reliable transport
