Due to continued growth across our operations, we are seeking an enthusiastic, eager, and detail-oriented
Accounts Receivable (AR) Officer
to join our Belmont team on a part-time basis.

THE ROLE
Reviewing field service work orders and job notes to generate and issue timely, accurate invoices.
Matching customer Purchase Orders (POs) and service reports to billing requirements
Monitoring aged receivables and actively following up on outstanding accounts via phone and email




Handling customer queries and resolving billing discrepancies politely and efficiently
Assisting with month-end accounts receivable reconciliations and reporting.
Any other duties as required

High accuracy in data entry and invoice verification.
AR Expertise:
A solid understanding of core accounting principles and end-to-end AR processes.
Great Communication Skills:
Excellent customer service abilities with a firm yet polite approach to debt collection.
Resilience & Autonomy:
The ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and handle high-volume periods under pressure.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Xero, Hubdoc and MS Suite (Excel is a must)
