Position Profile and Role
We are currently seeking a Nurse & Midwifery Educator to
join our team.
As part of the multidisciplinary team the Nurse & Midwifery
Educator will be responsible for the development, facilitation,
implementation and evaluation of educational, professional
development programs/resources and strategies for nursing and
midwifery services.
Areas of accountability include leadership
development, implementation and review of quality and safety
initiatives, the setting of standards, policy development and
change management.
Works in collaboration with colleagues and the
Nurse Director.

Fiona Stanley Hospital (FSH)
is an 863-bed
tertiary and quaternary hospital providing a broad range of
specialised healthcare services.
These include the State
Rehabilitation Service, a comprehensive cancer centre, dedicated
mental health facilities, maternity, paediatric and neonatal care,
as well as the State Adult Burns Service.
FSH also delivers highly




specialised treatments such as heart and lung transplantation and
hyperbaric medicine.
