We're seeking a motivated and experienced
Assistant Store Manager
to support the Store Manager in leading our team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance.
Salary:
$60,000–$70,000 + Super

About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager
, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store
Delivering personalised customer service and professional styling advice
Building long-term relationships with loyal and new customers
Assisting customers with tailoring and made-to-measure requirements




Driving sales performance and achieving store targets
Maintaining premium visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Managing stock control, inventory and replenishment
Assisting with rostering, administration and store operations
Ensuring accurate point-of-sale and cash handling procedures
About You
You'll be a confident retail professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You'll ideally have:
Previous retail experience in a supervisory or leadership role
Experience in fashion, premium retail or luxury brands (highly regarded)
A passion for fashion, styling and helping customers look their best
A strong sales focus with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using retail systems and computers
A professional presentation and positive attitude
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Saturday availability is essential.
38 hour week
