proactive Admin Manager
to assist our administration operations, drive team performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience across all claims.

The Role: Admin Manager
This is a leadership role, responsible for managing claim expectations and supporting building supervisors across the life cycle of insurance claims.
You'll ensure compliance with client KPIs, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Track, analyse and ensure compliance
with MLB's key performance indicators (KPIs)



for role requirements and your allocated building team
Direct and coordinate
your designated building team through all stages of claims and assessments — ensuring quality control, project timelines, and contractual obligations are met, with customer satisfaction as a top priority
Administer jobs within MLB systems
— keeping records updated, documents accurately maintained and categorised, and all status changes and communications correctly logged
Monitor, review, and authorise job and subcontractor invoicing
in line with delegated financial authorities
Provide high-level communication to clients
, maintaining contact throughout each claim and responding promptly to queries — including updating client portals to accurately reflect real-time job progress
Ensure Client Portals are updated
, maintaining accurate Client Portal information inline with required KPI's and service expectations.
