About the role
We are looking for a new Manager for WildNets Port Macquarie.
Full time position (76 hour fortnight) with regular work on weekends, public and school holidays.
Responsibilities
include ensuring and improving;
the performance and profitability of site operations;
a productive and cohesive team work environment;
staff training and recruitment;
staff and customer satisfaction;
Event planning and management; and
site safety,
through your day-to-day hands on leadership and management actions.
You will report directly to the Company's Owners and have a responsibility for developing positive working relationships with all other team members as well as customers and suppliers.

Leadership -

Physically and Mentally Fit
and capable of working at heights and managing stressful situations.
Must be able to personally participate and successfully complete each high ropes experience.
