About The Role
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in Elizabeth Vale.
This role offers the prospect to deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Behaviour Support services across home, school, clinic andcommunity environments.

Proficient Behaviour Support PractitionersExperienced and Advanced Practitioners
You'll be supported to work across a varied caseload, with the autonomy to structure your day while being backed by a collaborative and experienced team.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver evidence-informed Behaviour Support services across a diverse caseloadConduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support PlansSupport participants, families and stakeholders to implement meaningful strategiesWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and PhysiotherapistsManage your own schedule with flexibility across community and clinic settingsParticipate in supervision,
peer collaboration and ongoing career development opportunities

Current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability/registration at Proficient level or aboveStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA person-centred, evidence-informed approachDriver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community workNDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)Full working rights in Australia
