Transport Spares & Equipment Pty Ltd is seeking a
Workshop Procurement
person to join our team in Welshpool, WA.
This is a
full-time position
that plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our busy Workshop .
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Spare Parts supply and Workshop coordination, who can keep processes running smoothly from Job initiation to completion This hands-on role is essential to the day-to-day functioning of our business and directly contributes to delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key responsibilities
Enter timecards accurately on a daily basis
Manage job card control from opening through to closing
Allocate Spare Parts and Steel to Jobs
Order Spare parts and Steel for Workshop Jobs as required
Issue Spare Parts to Workshop Tradespeople
Prepare and write clear scope of work on job cards
Order and maintain control of Workshop Consumables
Maintain accurate records of inventory
Respond promptly to requests from supervisors and team members
What we're looking for
Proven experience working in a workshop, or similar logistics setting
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a positive,



proactive attitude
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
Valid driver's licence (preferred)
Forklift licence (preferred)
Basic literacy and numeracy skills
